The term of “compulsory and controlled migrations” are commonly seen in concepts and definitions of migrations from Kosovo towards Turkey. It can be said that eventhought the compulsory and con-trolled migrations are not common that much, migrations that are originating from personal reasons or arbitrary targets are still happening. The women that are talked with are proving this claim of the study. Women from Kosova are migrating from Kosovo to Turkey because of some reasons that can be called as personal or arbitrary targets. This study aims to focus on the reasons and quantity of such migrations. In this study the problem is the invisibility of women migrants in studies on mi-gration. The study aims to restitute this problem by making it more visible and also it aims to present the motivations and quantity of such migrations as it is referrenced above. With this aim this study has clarified two elements that is focused (motivations and quantity of migraitons) by semi-struc-tured interview with the twenty-four women from Kosovo that are retained by the snowball sample. According to this women from Kosovo are moving to Turkey because of marital reasons, their migra-tios are affected by social motivations such as family, relatives.
