ENDÜSTRİ 4.0 VE BURSA OTOMOTİV SANAYİ: SWOT (GZFT) ANALİZİ İLE BİR DEĞERLENDİRME

Abstract

Endüstri 4.0, kavramsal olarak ilk kez 2011 yılında Almanya’nın Hannover kentinde düzenlenen fuarda gündeme gelmiş olup, temelde Alman sanayisinin uluslararası rekabet gücünün yeniden düzenlenmesini ifade eden bir projenin adı olmuştur. İçeriği itibarıyla köklü teknolojik değişimleri ve yenilikleri ifade eden bu kavram, başta otomotiv, havacılık, sağlık ve lojistik olmak üzere tüm sektörlerde etkisini göstermeye başlamış, dolayısıyla konu ile ilgili akademik çalışmaların da her geçen gün arttığı bir alan olmuştur. Çalışmada “Endüstri 4.0” ın ülkemiz otomotiv sektörünün merkezi olan, Bursa otomotiv sektörü özelindeki durumu incelenmiştir. Yöntem olarak nitel araştırma tekniğinin kullanıldığı çalışmada, firmaların çeşitli düzeydeki temsilcileri ile “görüşme” yapılmış, elde edilen bilgiler SWOT (GZFT) tekniği kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda; mevcut firmaların Endüstri 4.0 kavramından haberdar olmakla birlikte, içerik ve kapsamına ilişkin bilgilere tam olarak sahip olmadıkları ve bu nedenle de süreci koordine edemedikleri, dolayısıyla henüz, bir önceki aşamaya atfen, “Endüstri 3.0” seviyesinde oldukları, Endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerine ise entegre olmaya çalıştıkları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.Industry 4.0 conceptually came to the fore for the first time at the fair held in Hannover, Germany in 2011, and became the name of a project that basically expresses the reorganization of the international competitiveness of the German industry. Expressing radical technological changes and innovations in terms of its content, this concept has started to show its effect in all sectors, especially automotive, aviation, health and logistics, thus it has become an area where academic studies on the subject are increasing day by day. In this study, the situation of "Industry 4.0" in the automotive sector of Bursa, which is the center of our country's automotive sector, was examined with reference to the period when the process first started to occur and the conceptualization made. In the study, in which qualitative research technique was used as a method, "interviews" were made with representatives of companies at various levels, and the obtained information was analyzed using the SWOT (GZFT) technique. As a result of the analysis; It has been concluded that although existing companies are aware of the concept of Industry 4.0, they do not have full knowledge of its content and scope and therefore cannot coordinate the process, therefore, they are at the "Industry 3.0" level, referring to the previous stage, and they are trying to integrate with Industry 4.0 technologies.
