COVID-19 pandemi sürecinde sağlık çalışanlarının motivasyonlarının ve stres düzeylerinin bazı değişkenler açısından incelenmesi

Özet
Araştırma sonucunda, sağlık çalışanlarının "Minnesota İş Tatmini Ölçeği" içsel iş doyumu alt boyutu puan ortalamasının X?=2,60; dışsal iş doyum ortalamasının X?=2,54; iş doyumunun toplam ölçek puanı genel ortalamasının X?=2,57 olarak bulunduğu; elde edilen bulgulara göre katılımcıların içsel iş doyumu, dışsal iş doyumu ve genel iş doyumlarının "düşük" olarak belirlendiği görülmüştür. "Minnesota İş Tatmini Ölçeği" alt boyutu ve genel puan ortalamalarının; yaş, çocuk sahibi olma, öğrenim durumu, mesleki kıdem, pandemi döneminde COVID-19 virüsünden dolayı ölüm korkusu yaşama, pandemi döneminde çalışma saatlerinde esneklik yapılması, pandemi döneminde uygulanan genel kurallar ve uygulamalardan memnun olma değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılık bulunduğu izlenmiştir. "Algılanan Stres Ölçeği" puan ortalamalarının; cinsiyet, yaş, medeni durum, çocuk sahibi olma, öğrenim durumu, meslek bilgileri, mesleki kıdem, pandemi döneminde COVID-19'a yakalanma, pandemi döneminde COVID-19 virüsünden dolayı ölüm korkusu yaşama, pandemi döneminde maaş ve ücretlerde iyileştirme ve düzeltme yapılması, pandemi döneminde çalışma saatlerinde esneklik yapılması, pandemi döneminde çalışma yerinde değişiklik yapılması, pandemi döneminde COVID-19 virüsünden dolayı istifa etme, pandemi döneminde uygulanan genel kurallar ve uygulamalardan memnun olma değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılık bulunmadığı görülmüştür. "Algılanan Stres Ölçeği" ve "İçsel İş Doyumu" arasında anlamlı bir ilişki yoktur (r=,015; p>,05); "Algılanan Stres Ölçeği" ve "Dışsal İş Doyum" arasında anlamlı bir ilişki yoktur (r=,046; p>,05);"Algılanan Stres Ölçeği" ve "Genel İş Doyumu" arasında anlamlı bir ilişki yoktur (r=,031; p>,05) sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.

"Perceived Stress Scale" mean score; gender, age, marital status, having a child, education status, occupational information, professional seniority, catching COVID-19 during the pandemic period, fear of death due to the COVID-19 virus during the pandemic period, improvement and correction in salaries and wages during the pandemic period, It has been observed that there is no significant difference according to the variables of flexibility in working hours during the pandemic period, changes in the workplace during the pandemic period, resignation due to the COVID-19 virus during the pandemic period, and satisfaction with the general rules and practices applied during the pandemic period. There is no significant relationship between "Perceived Stress Scale" and "Internal Job Satisfaction" (r=.015; p>.05); There is no significant relationship between "Perceived Stress Scale" and "External Job Satisfaction" (r=.046; p>.05); There is no significant relationship between "Perceived Stress Scale" and "General Job Satisfaction" (r=.031; p>.05) results have been achieved.
