dc.description.abstractYalın üretim, Toyota üretim sistemini batı ekonomisinde uygulanan seri üretim ile karşılaştırmak için kullanılmıştır. Değer yaratma, değer akışı tanımlama, kesintisiz akış, çekme üretimi ve mükemmellik olmak üzere beş temel prensip üzerine kurulmuştur. Dolayısıyla firmalar yalın üretim sisteminin unsurlarını uygularken, sürdürülebilir ve yüksek performans yaratma eğilimindedirler. Bu araştırmada, yalın üretim, sürdürülebilirlik ve firma performansı arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmak için yeni bir model geliştirilerek bu alan yazındaki boşluğu giderilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni Bursa sanayi ve ticaret odasına bağlı firmalardan oluşmaktadır. Basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi ile 113 firma belirlenmiş, anket yöntemiyle veriler toplanarak SPSS paket programı kullanılarak hipotezler test edilerek analiz edilmiştir. Yalın üretim sistemi ile çevresel sürdürülebilirlik, ekonomik sürdürülebilirlik ve firma performansını önemli derece ilişkili ve etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, yalın üretim sisteminin sürdürülebilirliklerle ve firma performansıyla yüksek bir ilişkiye sahip olduğu dolayısıyla, işletmelerin sistemsel olarak davranışlarının şekillenmesinde önemli derecede etkili olabileceği görülmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe term Lean Manufacturing was built on five basic principles; value creation, value-stream, continuous flow, manufacture of tensile and excellence in production. Therefore, firms tend to create sustainable and high performance meanwhile implementing the elements of the lean manufacturing system. In this research, it is aimed to develop a new model to survey the relationship between lean production, sustainability and firm performance. The universe of the research consists of companies affiliated to Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI). 113 companies were identified by Simple Random Sampling, and the data were collected by a questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS package program by testing hypotheses. Economic sustainability and firm performance are closely related to and affected by Lean Production System and environmental sustainability. As a result, the lean production system has a closely relationship with sustainability firm performance and therefore it can be significantly effective in shaping the systematic behaviours of enterprises.en_US
