Today one of the most discussed issues is whether base stations are harmful to human health or not. As base station number is less, in order to reach all subscriber more powerful electromagnetic field is sent. At the same time, mobile phones emanates more powerful signal to communicate these base stations. Both of two cases affect the human health. Optimization of location of base station is required to use less number of base stations and less powerful base station. To accomplish this problem, 3D ray tracing algorithm has to be developed and used in electromagnetic wave propagation problems. In this study, 2D ray tracing technique is developed and it is used in slope UTD with convex hull model. Besides 3D ray tracing studies is started.en_US
