Özet
Günümüz çağında günden güne artan rekabet şartları ve müşteri beklentileri, üretilen ürünlerin ve üretim süreçlerinin sürekli olarak iyileştirilmesi ve kalitelerinin arttırılmasını gerekli kılmaktadır. Sürekli artış gösteren kalite talebi, daha verimli bir üretim sistemi kurma amacı ve daraltılmış toleranslar, farklı imalat yöntemlerinin tamamında geçerli olmaya başlamıştır. Bir ürünün imalat sürecinde kalite kavramının önemi büyüktür. Üretim süreçlerinde, üretim prosesi veya dış etkenler kaynaklı birçok kalite hataları meydana gelmektedir. Meydana gelen kalite hatalarının oluşmaması için üretim hatlarında önleyici çözümler hayata geçirmek kalite verimliliğini arttırmaktadır. Önleyici çözümlerin hayata geçirilmesi için öncelikle kaliteye etki eden problemlerin analiz edilmesi gerekmektedir. Kalitenin arttırılması hedefine ulaşmak için üretim süreçlerinde kullanılan çok çeşitli kalite tekniklerinden faydalanılmaktadır. Yapılan çalışmada amaçlanan çeşitli imalat yöntemlerini kullanan işletmelerin kalite problemlerinin önlenmesi ve çözülmesi için uygulanan kalite teknikleri konusunda bilgi birikimini arttırmaktır.
In today's, increasing competition conditions and customer expectations make it necessary to continuously improve the products and production processes and to increase their quality. The ever-increasing quality demand, the aim of establishing a more efficient production system and narrowed tolerances have begun to apply to all different manufacturing methods. The concept of quality is of great importance in the manufacturing process of a product. In production processes, many quality errors occur due to the production process or external factors. Implementing preventive solutions in production lines in order to prevent quality errors from occurring increases quality efficiency. In order to implement preventive solutions, it is necessary to analyze the problems that affect the quality first. In order to achieve the goal of increasing quality, a wide variety of quality techniques used in production processes are utilized. The aim of the thesis study is to increase the knowledge of the quality techniques applied to prevent and solve the quality problems of the enterprises using various manufacturing methods.
