DÖNÜŞÜMCÜ LİDERLİK BAĞLAMINDA SOSYAL BİLİMLER LİSESİ ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN SÜRDÜRÜLEBİLİR KALKINMAYA YÖNELİK TUTUMLARININ İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Sürdürülebilir kalkınma günümüzün ihtiyaçlarını, gelecekteki bireylerin ihtiyaçlarını karşılama durumundan ödün vermeden sağlamak biçiminde ifade edilmektedir. Bizler; sürdürülebilir ve yaşam kalitesinden ödün vermeden, insanların zihninde değişiklik gerektiren bir sistem oluşturmaya çalışıyoruz. Bu sistemi oluştururken Dönüşümcü Lider Bağlamında Lise Öğrencilerinin Sürdürülebilir Kalkınmaya Yönelik Tutumlarının ölçülmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2022-2023 eğitim öğretim yılında BTSO Ali Osman Sönmez Sosyal Bilimler Lisesinde öğrenim gören ve rastlantısal örnekleme yöntemiyle katılan 9., 10., 11. ve 12. Sınıf öğrencilerinden 208 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak; Lise öğrencilerinin sürdürülebilir kalkınmaya yönelik tutumlarını ölçmek için Baisutti ve Frate (2017) tarafından geliştirilen, Demirel (2018) tarafından Türkçe’ye uyarlanan Sürdürülebilir Kalkınmaya Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada, veri toplama ve analiz sürecinde nicel araştırma desenlerinden biri olan betimsel tarama modeli kullanılmaktadır. Araştırmada öğrencilerin sınıf düzeyi, anne ve baba eğitim durumu arttıkça sürdürülebilir çevreye yönelik tutumun , aile aylık gelir düzeyi arttıkça sürdürülebilir ekonomiye yönelik tutumun daha olumlu olduğu ,sürdürülebilir topluma yönelik tutumun daha olumlu olduğu, sürdürülebilir eğitime yönelik tutumun daha olumlu olduğu görülmüştür. Sürdürülebilir kalkınma çalışmalarının devamı, çevre, ekonomi, toplum ve eğitimin sürdürülebilirliği için stratejilerin geliştirilmesi önerilmektedir.Sustainable development is expressed as meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future individuals to meet their needs. We; We are trying to create a system that is sustainable and requires changes in people's minds without sacrificing quality of life. While creating this system, it was aimed to measure the Attitudes of High School Students towards Sustainable Development in the Context of Transformational Leaders. The sample of the study consists of 208 students from the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grades studying at BTSO Ali Osman Sönmez Social Sciences High School in the 2022-2023 academic year and participating by random sampling method. As a data collection tool; The Attitudes towards Sustainable Development Scale developed by Baisutti and Frate (2017) and adapted into Turkish by Demirel (2018) was used to measure high school students' attitudes towards sustainable development. In the research, descriptive survey model, which is one of the quantitative research designs, is used in the data collection and analysis process. In the research, it has been seen that the attitude towards sustainable environment is more positive as the class level of the students and the education level of the parents increase, the attitude towards sustainable economy is more positive as the family monthly income level increases, the attitude towards sustainable society is more positive, and the attitude towards sustainable education is more positive. It is recommended to develop strategies for the continuation of sustainable development studies, the sustainability of the environment, economy, society and education.
