dc.description.abstractTarihi milattan önceye dayanan İpek Yolu, dünyada daha çok Doğu - Batı yönünde ticari ilişkilere aracılık etmiş, kültür ve medeniyet transferine olanak sağlamış önemli bir lojistik unsuru ve güzergâhıdır. Milattan sonra uygarlıkların birbirleri ile olan olumlu ve olumsuz iletişimleri sebebiyle İpek Yolu daha da önemli hale gelmiştir. 2013 senesine geldiğimizde ise Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti tarafından bu tarihi ticaret yoluna atıfta bulunularak yeni bir İpek Yolu projesi ortaya konulmuştur. Bu proje Bir Kuşak Bir Yol Projesi adıyla ifade edilmiş ve uluslararası ticaretin daha aktif bir şekilde işleyişi için büyük fırsatlar ortaya çıkaracağı düşüncesiyle, Doğu - Batı ulusları için elzem bir konu olmuştur. Ancak tarihi İpek Yolu ile günümüzde Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti tarafından ortaya atılan yeni İpek Yolu projeleri birbirinden fazlaca bağımsız noktalar teşkil etmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, tarihi ve yeni İpek Yolu’nun birbirinden ne kadar farklı olduğunu ikisinin birbirinden keskin çizgilerle ayrılmış ticari ilişkiler beslediğini ortaya koymak ve konuyu tartışarak yeni önerilerde bulunmaktır. Çalışma için, doküman analizi yapılarak karşılaştırmalı şekilde eski ve yeni İpekyolu ticaret düşünce yapısının farklılığı ifade edilmiş ve Dünya Bankası, IMF verileriyle ipek yolu ticaretinin yeniden canlandırılmak istenmesindeki temel neden tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışma sonucunda eski İpek Yolu güzergâhı ile yeni İpek Yolu projesinin ortaya çıkış nedenlerinin farklılığı konusunda belirli verilere ulaşılmış olup, bizim çalışmamızdan sonra yapılacak olan çalışmalar için farklı bir bakış açışı oluşturması beklenmektedir. dc.description.abstractThe Silk Road, whose history dates back to BC, is an important route that hosted mostly east-west trade relations in the world and provided opportunities for the transfer of culture and civilization. Silk Road became even more important due to the positive and negative communication between civilizations after Christ. In 2013, a new Silk Road project was put forward by the People's Republic of China by referring to this historical trade route. This project was named as the One Belt One Road Project and it has been an essential issue for the eastern and western nations, with the thought that it will create great opportunities for international trade to be experienced more intensely. However, the historical Silk Road and the new Silk Road projects put forward by the People's Republic of China today constitute very independent points from each other and contain features that should not be named with the same name. The aim of this study is to express how different the historical and new Silk Road are from each other, and to express that the two have sharply separated commercial relations, open this issue to discussion and make new suggestions. For the study, the difference of old and new Silk Road trade mentality was expressed comparatively by making document analysis and the main desire to revive the silk road trade with the data of the World Bank and IMF was revealed as much as possible.
