| dc.description.abstract | Geçmişten bugüne insanlar yapılara yansıttığı sanatsal dokunuşları kentlere de yansıtmışlardır. Her medeniyet beraberinde kendine özgü kentsel estetik değerleri de getirmektedir. Ancak kentleşme sürecinde bu kentsel estetik değerler zarar görebilmekte hatta tamamen yok olabilmektedir. Ülkemizde kent estetiği konusu kentsel planlama ve tasarım süreçlerinde hak ettiği kadar öne çıkarılmamaktadır. Uygulamalar genellikle sürecin son aşamasında parsel bazlı yapılan geçici rötuşlar şeklinde gerçekleşmekte, bütüncül anlayışla ele alınmamaktadır. Çalışma alanı olarak seçilen Bursa ili ülkemizin nüfus bakımından en kalabalık dördüncü şehridir. Ekonomik açıdan ülkenin en gelişmiş kentlerinden biri olup doğal ve tarihsel zenginlikleriyle de özel bir konuma sahiptir. Kentin tarihi merkez bölgesinde yer alan ve Osmangazi ilçesi sınırlarında bulunan 2. Osmangazi Caddesi ise tarihi kültürel turizm potansiyeli oldukça yüksek bir aks niteliğindir. Cadde üzerinde tescilli anıtsal yapılar ile tescilli sivil mimarlık örneği yapılar yer almaktadır. Tarihi kültürel değeri oldukça yüksek olan aks üzerinde yer alan ve cadde silüetine etki eden kentsel mekânların günümüzde yapılan bazı yanlış uygulamalar nedeniyle estetik sorunlarının bulunduğu görülmüştür. Araştırma kapsamında cadde üzerinde yer alan kentsel mekânların estetik problemlerine yönelik tespitler yapılmıştır. Çalışma alanı 'uyum, ölçek, ritim, düzen, karmaşıklık ve bakım' olarak belirlenen estetik parametreleri kapsamında incelenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular değerlendirilmiş ve mekânın tarihi dokusuna, bütüncül kompozisyonuna zarar veren estetik sorunların çözümüne ve estetik değerinin yükseltilmesine yönelik öneriler geliştirilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | From past to present, people have reflected the artistic touches they have reflected on buildings to cities. Each civilisation brings with it unique urban aesthetic values. However, in the process of urbanisation, these urban aesthetic values may be damaged or even completely destroyed. In our country, urban aesthetics is not given enough importance in planning. It is also not emphasised as much as it deserves in urban design processes. Implementations are generally realised in the form of temporary touches made on a parcel basis at the last stage of the process, and are not handled with a holistic approach. Bursa, which was selected as the study area, is the fourth most populous city of our country in terms of population. It is one of the most economically developed cities of the country and has a special position with its natural and historical richness. Located in the historical centre of the city and within the borders of Osmangazi District, 2nd Osmangazi Street is an axis with a high historical and cultural tourism potential. There are registered monumental buildings and registered civil architecture buildings on the street. It has been observed that the urban spaces located on the axis with a high historical cultural value and affecting the silhouette of the street have aesthetic problems due to some wrong applications made today. Within the scope of the research, determinations were made regarding the aesthetic problems of the urban spaces on the street. The study area was examined within the scope of aesthetic parameters determined as 'harmony, scale, rhythm, order, complexity and upkeep'. The findings obtained were evaluated and suggestions were developed for the solution of aesthetic problems that harm the historical texture and holistic composition of the space and to increase its aesthetic value. | |
