ACİL SERVİS ÇALIŞANLARININ KURUMLARINA GÜVEN VE AİDİYETLERİNİN HİZMET SUNUMUNA YANSIMASI

Abstract

Acil servisler, hayati tehlikesi olan ve acil mu?dahale edilmesi gereken hastalara gerekli mu?dahalenin yapıldığı alanlardır. Kendini acil olarak gören her hasta acildir ilkesiyle 7 gu?n 24 saat hizmet veren birimlerdir. Bu çalışmanın amacı acil servis çalışanlarının kurum içerisinde gu?ven ve aidiyet duygusunun ölçu?lmesinin yanı sıra gu?ven ve aidiyetin sunulan hizmete etkisini anlamaya çalışmaktır. Çalışmada kullanılan yöntem, nitel araştırma deseni çerçevesinde yu?z yu?ze göru?şmelerle kişisel deneyimler sonucu oluşan du?şu?nceler göru?şu?leceği için fenomonolojik yaklaşımdır. Aynı zamanda araştırmada nitel veri toplama araçlarından yarı yapılandırılmış göru?şme ve doku?man analizinden faydalanılmıştır. Yapılan göru?şmelerden elde edilen metinler tu?mevarımsal bir yaklaşım izlenerek içerik analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Verilerin analizinde NVIVO 11 yazılımından yararlanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre çalışanlarda gu?ven ve aidiyet duygusunun zayıf olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Gu?ven ve aidiyet duygusunun zayıflığı verilen hizmetin kalitesini doğrudan etkilemektedir. Çalışanların, kurumlarına gu?ven ve aidiyetinin zayıflamasına neden olan faktörler ortadan kaldırılmalı ve sağlık kurumları, çalışanlarında gu?ven ve aidiyet oluşturacak çalışmalar yapmalıdır.Emergency services are areas where necessary intervention is provided to patients who are life-threatening and require urgent intervention. They are units that provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the principle that every patient who considers himself an emergency is an emergency. The aim of this study is to measure the sense of trust and belonging of emergency service employees within the institution, as well as to try to understand the effect of trust and belonging on the service provided. The method used in the study is the phenomenological approach, as the thoughts formed as a result of personal experiences will be discussed through face-to-face interviews within the framework of the qualitative research design. At the same time, semi-structured interviews and document analysis, which are qualitative data collection tools, were used in the research. The texts obtained from the interviews were subjected to content analysis following an inductive approach. NVIVO 11 software was used to analyze the data. According to the results of the study, it was revealed that the employees' sense of trust and belonging was weak. The weakness of the sense of trust and belonging directly affects the quality of the service provided. Factors that weaken employees' trust and belonging to their institutions should be eliminated and health institutions should carry out studies that will create trust and belonging in their employees.
