Today, a problem occurring in any part of the world can lead to consequences on a global scale and affect all of humanity. Humanitarian diplomacy refers to a political plan adopted by countries that want to have a say in international politics on how problems can be solved.T & uuml;rkiyeappears to be a nation that attempts to ground its foreign policy in humanitarian diplomacy, particularly in the context of the 2010s process.The Russia-Ukraine conflict has caused many humanitarian crises.Considered a tangible example of humanitarian diplomacy, the Black Sea Grain Initiative was forged under the direction of T & uuml;rkiyewith the intention of guaranteeing the supply of food by facilitating the transportation of Black Sea grain to underserved nations. With this accord, it will be questioned if T & uuml;rkiyecan be considered a developing actor in humanitarian diplomacy
