Abstract

With the rapid advancement of technology, the manufacturing industrial sector is also undergoing a major transformation. This transformation, known as Industry 4.0, represents a new era in which digitization and automation play a significant role in factories. With this transformation, the collection, transmission, and analysis of data gathered from factories are becoming more efficient. These data provide valuable insight in various areas such as monitoring production processes, ensuring quality control, and optimizing maintenance activities. In this thesis, the aim is to develop a web-based system for visualizing and storing data collected from factories within the scope of Industry 4.0. The developed web-based system will enable real-time visualization of data coming from factories and support the long-term storage of this data. Thus, factory managers and employees will be able to access data quickly and easily to better understand and improve production processes. Additionally, the system will provide users with the ability to generate customizable reports and analyze data using various analytical tools. This will enable factories to make data-driven decision and increase operational efficiency. The web-based system will be supported by different data visualization tools and graphs, allowing users to better understand the data and easily track trends and performance indicators. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the effective use of industrial data and support the monitoring and optimization of processes in factories. Futhermore, long-term data storage will enable factories to analyze trends and support their future strategic decisions. The developed web-based system will offer a user-friendly interface and visually present the necessary data for analysis, facilitating the decision-making process. The study begins with the first chapter emphasizing the concept of Industry 4.0 and the importance of data collected from factories. The second chapter reviews similar studies and existing technologies through a literature review. The third chapter provides a detailed explanation of the requirements and design of the web-based system to be developed. The fourth chapter presents information about the features of the developed web-based system and user interaction. The fifth chapter tests the success and usability of the system through simulated application test data. Finally, the conclusion section sumarizes the obtained results and discusses the success and usability of the system.
