Öğe Determination of the best hydrogen production method in Türkiye by using neutrosophic picture fuzzy TOPSIS(Springer Science and Business Media B.V., 2024) Işık, Gurkan; Parlak, İsmail Enes; Yildiz, AytaçTo meet all energy requirements by renewable energy (RE) sources, hydrogen is an effective energy transport and storage instrument. Because of being a highly innovative field in developing countries, there are high uncertainties with different subcomponents in the hydrogen energy (HE) field. In the literature, fuzzy set extensions are heavily preferred to model different types of uncertainties when making decisions in the energy field. As one of the most comprehensive ones, spherical fuzzy set (SFS) is used to model the uncertainties caused by refusal and inconsistency within some theoretical limitations. In this study, a novel fuzzy set (FS) extension called neutrosophic picture fuzzy set has been developed to obtain a more flexible and reliable modeling approach usable with the information having higher inconsistency, and suitable with the problems requiring precise calculations. As a popular decision-making (DM) techniques, TOPSIS methodology has been redesigned based on neutrosophic picture fuzzy set. By using the developed methodology, the available hydrogen production (HP) alternatives of Türkiye have been evaluated. Biomass gasification (BG) has been decided as the best hydrogen energy production method under the current conditions. The results have been compared with the results obtained by spherical fuzzy TOPSIS and it has been proved that more reliable results are obtained by the proposed method. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Nature B.V. 2023.Öğe Determining critical factors for the success of machine learning libraries considering fuzzy interrelationships(Pamukkale Üniversitesi, 2026) Parlak, İsmail Enes; Çelik, Miraç Tuba; Işık, Gürkan; Yildiz, AytaçAdvances in Machine Learning have led to groundbreaking developments across various fields. A key driver of this progress is the growing capabilities of machine learning libraries. However, these libraries still face certain limitations, which can hinder their application in some areas. In particular, developers often need to integrate their solutions across different libraries, languages, and platforms, which can reduce the effectiveness of machine learning applications. This study examines the direct and indirect impacts of various factors on the success of machine learning libraries, leveraging expert evaluations. Focusing on critical factors that shape library development based on user experiences is crucial. This approach ensures strategic advancement and optimizes energy and resource use. Given that many of these factors involve human perception-related uncertainties, the methodology incorporates a fuzzy linguistic approach with z-numbers to address the inherent vagueness. The findings reveal that considering the interrelationships among factors significantly alters their importance, as it accounts for both direct and indirect influences. Moreover, these interrelationships highlight which factors should be strategically prioritized, as improvements in one factor can drive improvements in others. The results obtained can support guiding the community developing artificial intelligence libraries toward the right objectives and formulating effective strategies to ensure the sustainability of artificial intelligence transformation.Öğe Göçme yükü etkisindeki köprü kemerlerinin yapısal davranışı(2020) Sakcalı, Gokhan Barıs; Gönül, Alper; Parlak, İsmail EnesOsmanlı İmparatorluğu Klasik Döneminin önde gelen mimarlarından Mimar Sinan tarafından tasarımı yapılan köprülerin birçoğu,kullanılan malzeme ve yapım tekniklerine bağlı olarak günümüzde varlıklarını sürdürmektedir. Bu köprülerde genellikle kemerformlarının tercih edilmesinin sebebi çekme dayanımı düşük doğal malzemelerden inşa edilmesidir. Çalışmada, Mimar Sinantarafından tasarlanan 10 köprü ve bu köprülerde bulunan 48 kemer yapısı üzerinde istatistiksel bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Budeğerlendirmeye bağlı olarak açıklığı ve yüksekliği farklı 25 kemer sonlu elemanlar yöntemiyle modellenmiştir. Bu kemeryapılarının mafsallaşma durumları, göçme yükü, maksimum yerdeğiştirmesi, sünekliği, enerji tüketme kapasitesi incelenmiş veregresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, incelenen köprü kemerleri için maksimum yerdeğiştirmeyi ve göçme yükünüveren bağıntılar önerilmiştir.
