    When technological entrepreneurs want to realize a business idea, they focus on an innovative product with an advanced technology.. One of the ways to minimize the problems they may experience when entering the market is to start with a business plan with a strong market analysis. It is aimed to determine the steps that can be followed while conducting a detailed market analysis before entrepreneurs present their business ideas to the market. TUBITAK and KOSGEB, which provide financial support to entrepreneurs in Turkey at the incorporation stage, are discussed. The study compares the business plans of the two public grant institutions. Recommendations regarding the elements that entrepreneurs should pay attention to under these main headings are detailed. Suggestions are given for the steps to be followed in the preparation of a business plan.
