    Madde Kullanımının Savunma Mekanizmaları, Benlik Saygısı ve Bağlanma Stilleri Açısından İncelenmesi

    Amaç: Bu araştırma; madde kullanım bozukluğu, benlik saygısı, bağlanma stilleri ve savunma mekanizmaları arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yöntem: Çalışmanın örneklemi 90’ı kadın ve 109’u erkek olmak üzere madde kullanım bozukluğu olan 199 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Veriler; Kişisel Bilgi Formu, DSM-5 Madde Kullanım Bozukluğu Kriterleri Formu, Üç Boyutlu Bağlanma Stilleri Ölçeği, İki Boyutlu Benlik Saygısı Ölçeği ve Savunma Biçimleri Testi kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Bulgular: Çalışmada, madde kullanımı bozukluğu olan bireylerde benlik saygısı boyutları, bağlanma stilleri ve savunma mekanizmaları arasında korelasyonlar bulunmuştur. İlkel savunmalar belirgin şekilde öne çıktı. Kendini beğenme boyutu; ilkel ve olgun savunmalar ile güvenli ve kaygılı-kararsız bağlanma stilleriyle ilişkiliydi. Öz-yeterlilik ise olgun savunmalar, güvenli bağlanma ve kaygılı-kararsız bağlanma ile anlamlı bir ilişki gösterdi. İlkel savunmalar, kaçıngan ve kaygılı-kararsız bağlanma ile ilişkiliyken, nevrotik savunmalar güvenli, kaçıngan ve kaygılı-kararsız bağlanma ile ilişkiliydi. Olgun savunmalar güvenli, kaçıngan ve kaygılı-kararsız bağlanma stilleriyle ilişkilendirildi. Sonuç: Madde kullanım bozukluğu ile ilişkili psikolojik ve sosyokültürel faktörlerin derinlemesine incelenmesi faydalı olacaktır. Bireylerin bağlanma stillerini anlamak ve buna göre tedavi yöntemleri geliştirmek, ayrıca benlik saygısını artırmaya yönelik terapötik müdahaleler madde kullanımının sağaltımında etkili olabilir.

    Nesiller Arası Travma Perspektifinden Dedemin İnsanları Filminin Psikolojik Analizi

    Amaç: Bu çalışma, Dedemin İnsanları filmini nesiller arası travma perspektifinden analiz etmektedir. Araştırmanın temel amacı, zorunlu göç kaynaklı travmanın, deneyimi yaşayan birinci nesilden (dede) üçüncü nesle (torun) hangi psikolojik mekanizmalarla aktarıldığını, filmin anlatısal ve görsel unsurları üzerinden ortaya koymaktır. Yöntem: Betimsel nitelikteki bu çalışma, nitel araştırma desenlerinden döküman analizi yöntemiyle yürütülmüştür. Analizin gerecini, 2011 yapımı Dedemin İnsanları filmi oluşturmaktadır. Filmdeki travma aktarımına işaret eden kilit sahneler, nesiller arası travma modelleri perspektifinden sistematik olarak incelenmiştir. Bulgular: Bulgular, birinci nesil aile büyüğü Mehmet Bey’in mübadele travmasını, çözümlenmemiş bir yas ve vatan özlemiyle yaşadığını göstermektedir. Bu travma; sözlü anlatılar, sözel olmayan ipuçları ve dedenin hayalini gerçekleştirme misyonunun yüklenmesi gibi yollarla üçüncü nesildeki torunu Ozan’a aktarılmaktadır. Ozan, bu miras aldığı yükü kimlik bunalımı, sosyal dışlanma ve davranış sorunları olarak deneyimlemektedir. Dedenin intiharı travmanın trajik sonucunu temsil ederken, Ozan’ın geçmişle yüzleşmek için Girit’e gitmesi, bu aktarım döngüsünü kırma potansiyelini simgelemektedir. Sonuç: Dedemin İnsanları filmi, tarihsel bir travmanın sonraki nesillerin kimliğini ve psikolojik sağlığını nasıl şekillendirdiğini etkili bir biçimde göstermektedir. Çalışma, travmatik mirasla pasif bir alıcı olarak kalmak yerine, geçmişle aktif bir yüzleşmenin ve onu yeniden anlamlandırmanın, travma döngüsünü kırmak için kritik bir adım olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.

    Substance Addiction In Adolescents And The Role Of The Family: A Mini Review

    Substance addiction is one of the important problems threatening society today. Although it causes negative consequences in the person's life, it makes the process more dangerous as the person develops tolerance and desires the substance more. Adolescence is considered a risky period in substance addiction, where psychological, sociocultural and genetic factors play a role, and many factors such as the biological, psychological and environmental conditions of the adolescent determine the development processes of substance addiction. At this point, the family plays a role in the child's social and cognitive development and is seen as an important factor in the process of developing substance addiction. Lack of family functionality can lead to aggression and anti-social behavior disorder, and as a result, delinquency and substance use behaviors may occur in the adolescent. In this study, the role of the family in adolescents' development of substance addiction will be discussed.

    The effectiveness of schema therapy in personality disorders: A systematic review

    Schema therapy is a psychotherapy method that is increasingly popular in the psychological treatment of personality disorders. This study aimed to examine the academic studies published on the effectiveness of schema therapy in personality disorders and to evaluate the examined studies within the framework of specific criteria. In this systematic review, eleven (11) research articles, selected following the research criteria, were examined. The findings obtained from the studies are presented under the titles of "Study ID, Type of Analysis, Personality Disorder Type, Assessment Tools, Findings, and Conclusions". Studies conducted between 2011-2022 were included in the review. The sample of the studies included in the study consisted of cluster A, B, and C personality disorders. Many studies show that schema therapy is effective in treating clusters B and C personality disorders and reducing symptoms. However, in literature, the treatment of personality disorders is extremely limited. A large part of the studies is aimed at researching borderline personality disorder. For this reason, future studies need to contribute to the literature on the effectiveness of schema therapy by considering other personality disorders besides borderline personality disorders in a larger clinical sample. © 2025, Association for Clinical Psychology Research.
