Who is favored determines the types of nepotism; relatives of those who are in the position of favored decision makers are called 'Nepotism', and from their peer-friendly circle is called 'Chronism'. Clientalism means that political nepotism is in mutual interest in the literature, it usually take place in the political field. No conceptual approach to clientalism has been found in private organizations; When we try to adapt the clientalism to private firms, it is possible that the managers who are in decision-making in the direction of their personal interests rather than the interests of the business. In this study, types of favoritism, dimensions and causes are examined in accordance with the 20 years literature.
