dc.description.abstractAltı Sigma, örgütlerde kanıtlanmış kalite ilkelerinin titiz, ve etkili bir şekilde uygulanmasıdır. Birçok kalite öncüsünün çalışmalarından öğeleri birleştiren Altı Sigma iş performansının hatasız bir şekilde çalışmasını hedeflemektedir. Sigma, ‘?’ istatistikçilerin ülkemizdeki değişkenliği ölçmek için kullandığı Yunan alfabesinde bir semboldür. Bir şirketin performansı iş süreçlerinin sigma seviyesi ile ölçülür. Günümüz dünyasında işletmelerin sürekli değişen müşteri gereksinimlerini karşılayabilmeleri ve her geçen gün daha yoğun rekabetin yaşandığı küresel pazarlarda rakiplerine karşı üstünlük sağlayabilmeleri içn çeşitli yönetim uygulamalarına başvurmuşlardır. Bu çalışmada Altı Sigma çalışmalarının yönetim düzeyinde işletmelerin verimliliklerini nasıl arttıracakları ve bunun işletmelere olan etkilerinden söz edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractSix Sigma is the careful and effective implementation of proven quality principles. Six Sigma, combining the elements from the work of many high quality pioneers, aims to ensure that business performance runs almost without any errors. Sigma ‘?’ is a symbol in the Greek alphabet used by statisticians to measure variability in our country. The performance of a company is measured by the sigma level of its business processes. In today's world, businesses have applied various management practices in order to meet the continuously changing customer requirements and to gain superiority over their competitors in the global markets where there is more intense competition. In this study, it is mentioned how Six Sigma studies will increase the productivity of enterprises at the management level and its effects on enterprises
