In this sense, since all technologies are created by humans and all technologies is used by humans, human resources practices come to the fore. In this frame, leadership plays the most crucial role. Today, modern leadership styles such as sustainable leadership, strategic leadership, ethical leadership and transformational leadership are among the most effective leadership styles in modernizing and thus creating effective and long-lasting HR practices so as to delay the process of entropy.
