Araştırma verilerinin elde edilmesi amacıyla hazırlanan anket, İstanbul ve Gebze'de faaliyet gösteren orta ve büyük ölçekli 51 firmaya uygulanmıştır. Anketten elde edilen veriler SPSS istatistik programında faktör, güvenilirlik, korelasyon ve regresyon analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, ürün geliştirme ekibinin yapısının bileşenleri olan; çapraz fonksiyonel ekipler, ekip üyelerinin ortak konumlandırılması, yetkilendirilmiş ekip ve ekip kararlılığının, ürün geliştirme performansını pozitif yönde ve anlamlı bir şekilde etkilediği görülmüştürIn this study, a questionnaire study is carried out to show the effects of the product development team structure on the product development performance in the firms operating in the automotive sub-industry. The questionnaire, which is prepared to obtain research data, is applied to 51 medium and large scale companies operating in Istanbul and Gebze. The obtained data from the questionnaire were evaluated by factor, reliability, correlation and regression analysis in SPSS statistical program.
