Even though there are lots of precautions, violence keeps affecting women's life and keeps existing by shifting its shape. Therefore, it is essential to make social policies about precautions against violence and creating risk maps regarding this struggle. There is no doubt about it, one should examine the sources which trigger and nurture violence against women. This study examines the women who were subject of violence and needed shelter at Bursa Center for the Observation and Prevention of Violence. In this context, it has been examined and determined the women's social and economic variables who applied to Bursa Center for the Observation and Prevention of Violence in 2016 and 2017.
