Özet
Lojistik sektörü her geçen gün önemi artan ve dünya çapında yer kaplayan bir sektördür. Lojistik sektörü önem kazandıkça beraberinde gelen kavramlarda önem kazanmıştır. Lojistik köyler de bunlardan biridir. Lojistik köyler birçok lojistik işlemlerinin birlikte yapıldığı alanlardır. Lojistik köyler intermodal taşımacılık yapabilmek amacı ile demiryolu ağlarının yakınına kurulmuştur. Lojistik köyler sayesinde demiryolu, karayolu, havayolu ve denizyolu taşımacılığı uyumlu şekilde hizmet verebilmesi mümkündür. Aynı zamanda sözü geçen bu alanlar ülkenin ekonomisine etki sağlamaktadır. Lojistik köylerin ürün ve hizmet anlamında işlevi bulunmaktadır. Mal ve hizmetlerin bir noktadan farklı bir noktaya ulaştırılması konusunda hem tedarikçiye hem de alıcıya birçok konuda katkı sağlamaktadır. Ülkemizde aktif hizmet veren 12 adet lojistik köy bulunmaktadır. Bu lojistik köyler demiryolu ağları üzerine konumlandırılmıştır. Aynı zamanda bu lojistik köyler içerisinde limanlara yakın olan lojistik köyler de mevcuttur. Bu lojistik köyler organize sanayi bölgelerine yakın şekilde kurulmuştur. Böylece şehir trafiği şehrin dışına çekilmeye çalışmıştır. Ülkemizde henüz yapımı devam eden ve planlama aşamasında olan lojistik köyler de mevcuttur. Söz konusu bu lojistik köylerin de faaliyete geçmesi ile lojistik hizmetler daha da kaliteli şekilde gerçekleştirilebilecektir. Ülkemizdeki tüm lojistik köylerin bağlantılı hale gelmesi ile lojistik faaliyetlerin daha kısa süre tamamlanması da mümkün olabilecektir. Ülkemizde de lojistik köyler konusunda çalışmalar 2006 yılında başlamıştır. Bu çalışmalarda ülkemizin coğrafi konumu dikkate alınmış, ülkeye katkıları incelenmiş, ülkenin gelişim yönündeki hedefleri incelenmiştir. Hazırlanan bu çalışma ile lojistik köylerin dünyadaki yeri incelenmiş ülkemizdeki örneklerine değinilmiştir. Aynı zamanda bu çalışma veri toplama yöntemi olarak e- görüşme tekniği seçilmiştir. Türkiye' de bulunan lojistik köylere ulaşılmaya çalışmış, bu lojistik köylerdeki uzmanlarla elektronik ortamda görüşme yapılmıştır. Yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği ile uzmanlara 19 adet sorulmuş ve cevaplar not edilmiştir. Elde edilen cevaplarla lojistik köylerin durumu ve faaliyetleri hakkında değerlendirilmeler yapılmıştır. Aynı zamanda çalışmanın sonunda elektronik görüşme ile uzmanlardan alınan cevaplara görüşme ideal lojistik köy oluşturulmuştur. İdeal bir lojistik köy içerisinde olması gereken hizmetler açıklanmış ve bu hizmetlerin sağlayacağı katkılar değerlendirilmiştir.
The logistics sector is a sector whose importance is increasing daily and occupies a worldwide place. As the logistics sector has gained importance, the concepts that come with it have gained importance. Logistics villages are one of them. Logistics villages are areas where many logistics operations are carried out together. Logistics villages are established close to railway networks to carry out intermodal transport. Thanks to logistics villages, it is possible to harmoniously serve railway, road, airway, and maritime transport. Logistics villages have a function in terms of product and service. It contributes to the supplier and buyer needing help transporting goods and services from one point to another. Twelve logistics villages are providing active service in Türkiye. These logistics villages are located on railway networks, and there are also logistics villages close to ports within these logistics villages. These logistics villages were established close to organized industrial zones. Thus, city traffic was tried to be pulled out of the city. Some logistics villages are still under construction and in the planning stage in our country. With the activation of these logistics villages, logistics services can be carried out with better quality. With the connection of all logistics villages in our country, it will be possible to complete logistics activities in a shorter time. In our country, studies on logistics villages started in 2006. In these studies, Türkiye's geographical location was considered, its contributions to the country were examined, and the country's development targets were examined. At the same time, the e-interview technique was selected as the data collection method in this study. Logistics villages in Türkiye were tried to be reached, and experts in these logistics villages were interviewed electronically. With the semi-structured interview technique, 19 questions were asked of the experts, and the answers were noted. With the answers obtained, evaluations were made about the status and activities of logistics villages. At the same time, at the end of the study, an ideal logistics village was created based on the answers received from experts through electronic interviews. The services that should be in an ideal logistics village have been explained, and the contributions of these services have been evaluated.
